Introduction and Working Principle

Round static vacuum dryer is designed to process raw materials under vacuum state for heating and drying. Suitable for drying heat-sensitive raw materials that can decompose, polymerize, or deteriorate under high temperature in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and electronic industries.

Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of solution materials decreases and evaporation efficiency increases, enhancing heat and mass exchange.

Key Features

The boiling point of raw materials decreases under vacuum, increasing heat pushing force of evaporator and saving conducting area for heat radiation
Heating source options: low pressure steam, surplus heat steam, water, or oil (special requirements available)
Reduced heat loss of evaporator
Ideal for heat-sensitive materials prone to dissolving, agglomerating, polymerizing, or denaturing
Disinfection treatment possible before drying to prevent impurity mixing
Static dryer preserves material shape and structure

Important Considerations

1. Select appropriate vacuum dryer based on material properties, moisture content, temperature requirements, vacuum level, drying capacity, and time. Four heating methods available: steam, hot water, heat conduction oil, and electricity.

2. Drying layers can be increased to enhance product output.

5. Vacuum pump accelerates drying by removing air and humidity.

6. Condenser enables solvent recovery (water solvent may eliminate need for condenser).
